If you witnessed or experienced misconduct in your organization, you can report it through LETICA®. You can do it anonymously, and your information is handled to the highest standards of confidentiality.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (911 in Mexico) before making your report.

How it works

Three steps to make your report

    Open the reporting channel

    Go to letica.mx and choose how you want to make your report.

    Describe what happened

    Include what happened, where, when and who was involved. The more detail you give, the better it can be investigated.

    Follow up

    Check the progress of your report and answer investigators' questions, without revealing your identity if you choose not to.

What you can report

You can report any conduct that goes against your organization's code of ethics or values, for example:

An external service protects the people who speak up

A common failure of internal reporting lines is that employees don't trust them, out of fear of retaliation, of putting themselves or their families at risk, or of being exposed.

When an external company provides the service, reporters can raise concerns with peace of mind, because all information is handled to the highest standards of confidentiality.
