What Personal Data Does letica.com.mx Collect and For What Purposes Is That Personal Data Used?

The personal information we collect from our customers helps us personalize and continually improve your experience at letica.com.mx. We use this information to process orders, deliver products and services, process payments, maintain and update our files and your accounts with us, and make available content such as wish lists and customer reviews, and recommendations of products and services of interest to you. Does letica.com.mx Share the Information It Receives?

Information about our customers is a fundamental part of our business, and we do not share it with third parties for sale purposes.

• Affiliated businesses we do not control: We work closely with affiliated businesses. In some cases, these businesses operate their own stores on the letica.com.mx website; in other cases, letica.com.mx operates the stores, provides services or sells product lines jointly with or on behalf of those businesses. What Choices Do I Have Regarding My Personal Data and How Can I Exercise My ARCO Rights?

As indicated, you always have the option not to provide information, even though it may be necessary to make a purchase or to take advantage of some letica.com.mx features, such as My Account and Customer Reviews.

• If you wish to exercise your right of access, rectification or opposition, or to cancel our processing of your personal data, or to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data, please contact us by email at protecciondedatos@letica.com.mx.
• You may add or update certain information on pages such as those listed in the section "What information can I access?" Usually, whenever you update your data, we keep a copy of the prior version for our records.
• If you no longer wish to receive emails or other notifications from us, please adjust your Customer Notification Preferences. (If you do not wish to receive the Conditions of Use and other legal notices, such as this Privacy Notice, they will nonetheless govern your use of letica.com.mx, and it will be your responsibility to keep informed of any changes made to them.)

How Secure Is My Information?

• When confirming an order, we reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers. Naturally, we transmit the full credit card number to the appropriate credit card company for order processing.
